Music on the Wednesday

I have just noticed that on the rumors page that someone is playing in the Bourbon st cafe. Did this happen last year, or is this the first time that music is going to happen on the Wednesday?

I don't think they had anything billed til the thursday or friday actually in that venue. Pretty sure wednessday didn't have anything on it at least, and then i kind of lost it

There were a couple of the small stages in the greenfields open as well on Wednesday.

Theres always music on the wednesday. Just need to go to the right places to find it

There's been music on the Wednesday for as long as I've been going. They don't always publish listings for the Wedneday, but most of the smaller Greenfields stages are running by about mid afternoon and there's usually a few other places around the site with something on.

It all tends to be fairly low key/low volume though, in order to comply with the festivals licence.

I would like to see more stuff open on the wednesday...I know it takes time to set things up but given how many people are there by midday on the Wednesday a bit of entertainment would be good to keep the crowds busy, maybe just a few DJs?

That's incorrect they had 4 acts billed on Wednesday.
