We wont see a drop...ive sacrificed atleast 20 of middlesbrough's finest CHAVS, to every god i can think up just to make sure!

although i have packed my wellies and poncho to keep karma off my back!

Anyone know of any bargains on wellies? Don't want to break into my Glasto funds too much, and need them by Tuesday morning, so will have to buy them from a shop, instead of over the net

BBC Countryfile weeks weather forcast more or less confirms my worst fears..I's going to be a muddy one,ok it says the weekend may be a bit brighter,but the damage will be done midweek.. ...I don't want blazing sunshine but i hate the rain and mud,takes the shine of what should be a good time...f**king British weather..:angry:

As a regular that isn't going this year, I confidently predict it will be ok. 2008 style I reckon, the odd shower but the ground will dry quickly before Wednesday's onslaught.

The only problem with that is that there is a realy nasty depression coming in behind it, which could strike the UK over the weekend if it moves fast. I would rather that stayed away until Tuesday

Looking on the bright side, all the fair weather glasto goers that arrived as the gates opened to watch a football match last year, will probably delay their Wednesday trip this year out of fear.

Leave the light weights to worry about what the TV tells them, we will all get in a little quicker

And a nice comment from a reg who is still optimistic even tho not going. And I dont mean mindless - 'it will be sunny' optimisn. A good does of realism and the truth that we were never gonna get a 2010, but we were never gonna get a 2007 either.
