Did nobody else think he was a bit mental? What with all those.. dots and.. short phrases.. not constitute sentences.. our 'system' worked.. secret method.. helped 1000s. Reminded me a bit of Horace Batchelor (under-50s refer to Wikipedia).

That reminds me were they doing the Cider Brandy 'Pimms' last year? that was delicious at end Of The Road! Hope to have some at Glastonbury next year. I've never noticed it before - very, very tasty!

nah, there's nothing odd about suffering fools badly. We all do it. :)

The only difference is that I get to deal with many more of them than most people have to. It wears me down, so I don't piss about with it.

PS: funk is nothing compared to some. The best one recently was the guy who insulted people and then complained about getting back what he'd dished out. He even phoned me up to say that only he's allowed to make insults to other people - so I insulted him.

He then wrote me a letter to complain about me. :lol:

Camp Funk in 2007 was the dogs danglies (over 130 people all headed there and had a a marvellous if soggy time under the epic gazebo construtions) and then evolved into in 08. It lived in Kidney Mead but after one year of not being in Pennards it was decided a big shift for many to the North was in order (mostly because KM doesnt have a view!) Camp Funk was in place in KM in 08 but not as big as 07 partly due to so many 'defecting' to Pennards.

Mr Funk was and is a very decent bloke...he certainly saved us all from the big present of freshly laid poo under our gazebo on the Saturday morning! And his scale of organisation and help at the campsite in 07 was second to none...thanks to him we had a fully functioning solar powered phone charging booth and a fully stocked wood tent for the entire soggy weekend.

I havent paid any attention to what has gone on concerning reasons for whatever this is all about but its actually I have to say, its partly thanks to Mr Funk that CT is on the scale and awesomeness that it became and is.

And just to keep the originators of CT happy, the Pennards crew in 07 was small but very perfectly formed (AND came up with the Triangle mantra)...it was the breakaway Funksters that turned CT the following year into the legend that it has become.

Well...this is how I experienced it anyhow :D

Bye bye Mr F...message me before the G so we can arrange to meet up :D
