pheweeee. After a weeks holiday in Cornwall - and a wedding, Cornish bitter, ice cream, Cream Teas and a meal at Rick Steins posh restaurant, I gained a pound! Yey! The 8 mile a day walking must have helped!

I've started running more now

currently my workout routine is as follows;

Day 1, chest/tris

Day 2 , back/bis

Day 3 , 45-60mins cardio

Day 4, back./traps

Day 5 - legs

Day 6 cardio/

Day 7 - cardio

Sometimes don't get to fit it all in due to work!

Cutting down my alcohol consumption massively too, generally drink prob 20pints a week? go out twice a week 8-10 a night, then couple of beers after work 2-3 nights

All those extra calories add fat to me :(:(

Back from Lanzarote where I ate and drank pretty much what I wanted (lots of fish and salads though as I love them, lots of vodka diet coke too though lol!!) 6 days until weigh in so lets see how much I can get off before it, feel like I may have gained 4lb ish

That's what I thought after Alchemy. I was pleasantly surprised :)

I'm sure you won't have put on that much and even if you have you'll soon lose it now your back in the real world!

Well I have ignored this thread & ignored my diet for weeks now but as I did manage to get a ticket this morning I will get back on track! Haven't gained anything but obviously haven't lost anything either so time to focus. :)

Aged 37, I decided that it was time to start running. I've always swam but could hardly run a few paces. So I'm doing the Bristol 10K next May, and the aim is to do it in under an hour. I've now got 58 minute pace... on a treadmill for 30 minutes. So some work to do then. Good luck to everyone else on this thread!

Hey,

Got involved in this last year but it all went by the way once everyone backed out and we decided (me by force) not to go, but this year I'm going there's a group of us and we're already talking fancydress as you do. I also have 2 weddings and horror of horrors bridesmaid's outfits to wear.

So basically I'm in and need your help 7 stone to go!

and if your interested thats me in the fairy costume, I will never be a fat fairy at another Glastonbury!!

schmangle-mangle that's just ticket buying stress, it's over, step away from the barrel!
