EVERYONE WELCOME!

Please note - This camp is not "officially" organised by efestivals, it's a collaborative effort by you guys

It's a simple plan really - we all camp in the same area, meet friends old & new, look out for each other and chat bollox at stupid times of day.

Pennards is right next door to the late night madness of the Park, Stone Circle & Greenfields, not too far from the Dance village (although the Glade is VERY close)

Trash City and Shangri-La are also within staggering distance.

It can be a bit of a trek to the Pryamid stage, but the Other stage is on your doorstep and you'll be walking so much over the weekend you won't really notice anyway.

Food wise, there is usually a decent sized sit down breakfast bar (bacon, eggs, etc...) less than a minutes walk from camp at the bottom of the field and the Park has also become a haven for good food in recent years - take your pick.

Toilets are plentiful and the closest ones to camp has been a hot topic at the triangle for years - some say bottom of Pennards, some say bottom of The Park.....who knows?

For those that have heard of Pennard’s reputation for flooding. Don't worry!

The camp site is on a hill and I know that everyone camped around the efest flag on Pennard over the years will testify that we have a near perfect spot.

Besides, major drainage improvements have been carried out over the last couple of years and we are WELL away from the worst affected NE corner, just look out for dips in the land.

Given Pennard Hill and the camp's popularity over the years, it's somewhat of a free-for-all, so arrive as early as possible to get your spot.

It was taken from the east, so left = S, right = N, Up = W & Down = E

This will be the first flag to go up, so early starters - head for this

Please show your support for this website and buy yourself some efest goodies, that way you will be easier to spot if we see someone looking confused.

I was looking at the Efests today thinking to get one for Wednesday and Thursday, I wish the classic came in Red I wanna show support for England at the Efests world cup (Burgundy might have to do but still )

I have to agree you know. I am sure the 'suggested' location on the aerials is way too far up the path/field than normal. 2 years ago we were a lot deeper in fact nearer to the diagonal walkway from the bas of Pennards.

Anyhoo...until the first flag putter upper stakes the claim like a muddy Roald Amundsen but without frostbite...'in that general area...but not TOO close to the loud longdrops on the other side of the hedge in Park Home' will suffice

I am planning to camp here this year if I can persuade my friends that Pennards is the place to be. Shouldn't be too hard
