I just can't understand why Roger Walters is classed as " Pink Floyd ". There is only one answer....He is not "Pink Floyd"...They were a band and a brilliant one at that, but there gone now and won't be coming back...Walters is good and does "The Wall " credit, but please stop calling him PINK FLOYD :P:P:P

I've seen enough sick things on the internet now that I don't even consider myself normal.

NEVER EVER search up Putrid Sex Object. The worst thing on the internet that I have ever seen.

from urban dictionary:

"THE most disgusting video on the net ever. Hands down. This makes 2 girls 1 cup look like Sesame Street. It will give any non twisted/sick/pedophile seriously sick. The video consists of a male cross dresser (possible sex change) walking around in a dark house for 2 minutes until the most disgusting shit you have ever seen pops up. He comes into one room with a severed, possibly rotten cow head on the floor. He proceeds to make out with the bloody carcass, then decorate himself (?) with the creature's neck muscles. To make things even worse, he starts masturbating with the rotten meat surrounding him, and sticks his dick into the cow's eye hole. The video ends there (thankfully). If you have any interest in keeping your sexuality, then do NOT watch this video. It managed to freak me out in the four minutes that it played. Imagine what it would do to you. For your own safety don't watch it, please, just don't."

:P:P:P:lol:

"Oi! Blackhole - do me a favour and search for 'putrid sex object' would you? I'm sure your folks wouldn't mind if you used their PC. Mine have activated the parental settings for some odd reason."

For f**ks sake man - you didn't have to say yes! I can just imagine next week:

"Oi! Blackhole - do me a favour and insert your pork sword into my neighbour's cat. The camera will be running, they work for the RSPCA but it'd be a RIGHT laugh."

Same two albums for me....

Whilst Meddle is the beginning of genius, DSOTM the assent, WYWH the base Camp IV, Animals is the "Balcony" then The Wall is sticking the flag on top.....

I know all the lyrics and even do the voices...... I have it on vinyl, CD and download... I used to go to the special screenings at the local cinema to watch the Wall with quadraphonic sound...

thanks to Chocky we also have this now as well......

6 - its such a groundbreaking visual show its unlikely that a festival could accomodate it :P

It's a nice thought but I can't see the Pyramid stage being anywhere big enough unless you had the wall being constructed on either side of it in some fashion. Personally I think it's an outstanding album and a vison of the real genius within the Floyd ranks - Gilmour might have the musical edge but Waters was the trained architect behind the band's artistic evolution . Without Waters they may never have "pointed to the sky " so to speak.

All this talk of Pink Floyd is very exciting.

I was there in 1980 at Earls Court when they played "The Wall" and my abiding memory is of David Gilmour appearing on top of the wall, the spotlight hitting him and him playing out Comfortably Numb.

Unforgettable...

    • 1. Baby Dave - Billy 2. A - Prang   Not really got round to listening to many more in May so not really fair to vote but shoutout to EPs from Bleech 9:3 - Bleech 9:3 & Villanelle - Measly Means
    • Guitarricadelafuente was bloody brilliant tonight. This is going to be a very Spanish focussed year for me. Rusowsky dragging out Las Ketchup on Saturday has the potential to be a Prima magic moment.
    • £112 for standard entry. No thank you.
    • Meanwhile Gracie Abrams is £92 for the cheapest with the average price around £160 for lower tier and £103 standing.   First time in a while I've gone from a definite yes to a definite no on price alone.   Amble was £31 this morning.
