Other Headliners

I for one am seriously excited about U2, Muse and Stevie Wonder headlining.

Who do we think will be clashing horribly (or offering a welcomed alternative) on the other stages?

I'm reckoning (and these are only my personal opinion):

Other Stage: Dizzee Rascal, Faithless, Biffy Clyro

Dance East: Fat Boy Slim, Chase and Status, Deadmau5

Dance West: I think it's time Zane Lowe had a go!

John Peel:?

Jazz World:??!

Park: Thom Yorke

What do we (realistically) reckon foks?

Park: Gorilaz (secret set, totally unannounced with no rumours), Paolo Nutini, Florence and the machine

Jazz: OutKast on one of the days...

There are some horrible clashes on these lists, I'd be torn.

I'm gonna say

Other - Biffy Clyro, Dizzee, Chemical Brothers

John Peel - Noel Gallagher, The Cribs, Vampire Weekend

Jazzworld - OutKast, Levellers, ROLF (Ok maybe not, but he should)

Park - Thom Yorke, Julian Casablancas, Possibly Jack Johnson

I think thom would be far too big for Park... And I don't think biffy are quite big enough too headline the other stage... Next year I reckon they will

As for big dance acts I can see The Chemical Brothers playing festivals this year and Faithless. So at least one of them for the Other Stage.

Don't really have a clue about the rest. Boyz Noize may headline one of the dance tents I'd guess as he is doing the rounds, watch the Rockness line-up for dance acts that play Glastonbury. They have shared quite a few.

These in theory could headline some stages would be Mogwai, Biffy Clyro, Boys Noize, Vitalic, Stereophonics, Outkast, Chemical Brothers, Soulwax, Wolfmother, Noel Gallagher, Gorillaz, Them Crooked Vultures, Modeselektor, Editors, Julian Casablancas, The Subways eh can't think of anymore

The only issue I would have personally is if Daft Punk or Biffy Clyro are on at the same time as Muse. If that happens I will cry!!

Saying that, that would be only problem clash with the headliners - I am sure that there will be plenty more horrific clashes on I get my glasto guide on the Wednesday!!

I'd have thought Manics could easily headline the Other Stage as opposed to the JP Tent. They're easily comparable in size to Bloc Party and Franz Ferdinand.
