Jim, If you are out there???

A couple of things:

Are the security guards still going to be told to confiscate food and unopened soft drinks?

Is there going to be any effort to monitor children (under 18's) getting into the site without adult supervision?

Ps Keep up the good work with signing up the acts, but I am always a bit impatient can you share with us when we should hear the next announcement

Whilst you kinda answered your own question, I di not mean that I did not want children at the festival, just that adults are taking some reponsibility for them

While initally I was dissapointed with Fat Boy headlining the other acts that have been announced are excellent IMO. Anyway I'm all for giving Fat Boy another chance, plus I'm sure there will be at least some people who are newer to Rockness who will appreciate him. If I don't go I'll just be elsewhere having the time of my life at the best festival in the world :P

No idea but at V Festival (Staffs) last year, we went to see the start of 2 Many DJ's, went then to see FBS and he was utter pish.. I think he was on the bevvy. So went back to 2 Many DJ's who blew the tent away..

So Jim,

Will Fat 'Booze' Slim be headlining the Saturday night?

Please make him clash with 2 Many DJ's again :P

    • I think some folks are underestimating how many millennials, now into heavier music, were genuinely also into things like techno and happy hardcore in the 90s and early 00s. Scooter may be about is commercialized as it gets when it comes to happy hardcore and techno, but for many, they won't be just a 'silly act' they will be a genuine nostalgia act.
    • Can anyone share please as can’t access the app
    • Someone said something along the lines of "the lows were really low but they highs were really high" and I think that sentence sums up my ps experience this year. Thursday was a downer (even though I got to see men I trust, geese, oklou and fcukers), but the weather, the missed shows and the uncertainty (those comms...) made it a bad day. Friday and Saturday on the other hand where rly good, a bunch of amazing shows each day (The Cure one was quite something), that surprise on Saturday...   Will be back next year, hope they get another impressive lineup as this year (quality and quantity wise) and that tickets and  primarily hotels don't get much more expensive.
    • Rosalia Radiohead NIN MGMT Bjork David Byrne   Also Vince Staples' new album is cool. I could see him returning.
    • If we are guessing then I think it's   Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls   Weezer   The All-American Rejects
