Christ, I feel out of touch. I’d never heard of this guy. And also think it’s absolutely ludicrous to think a country act would headline Hyde Park…but clearly there must be demand for him.

They nearly had to cancel the Fred again b2b Blessed Madonna set this year due to crowd control issues. Only way I could see them playing as a collective is if they headlined Other Stage.

Managed to secure floor standing. Same as above comments, I know it’s a charity gig but pretty eye watering. Also, just can’t miss Chemical Brothers in that venue.

Agree, I left WHP feeling a bit disappointed in September but thought Drumsheds set was banging. Also thought the visuals were far more impressive?

Went to see the Chemical Brothers at a book launch talk tonight in Hackney. They spoke about playing in the spider this year. Ed said he wasn’t a fan, said it was one of the loudest and most intense dj booths he’s played in. He also said he had to sign a bunch of waivers and forms before going into the spider which I thought was super interesting.

Playing Cardiff two nights after Glastonbury. Seems likely.

Drumsheds Spring/Summer 24 season is quite disappointing. Only thing of interest is the Bonobo night but I’m supposed to be away for Easter.

I agree, I thought the crane was cool. They never actually managed to execute their original vision for that with the moon hanging as I believe it was too windy every night. It’s a shame the planning permission was refused.

Was just starting to give up hope before getting in at 6:11pm and secured tickets in a fairly smooth process. Had to select multiple departure times and locations before Bath finally let me proceed to payment, which went through without a bitch. Feels surreal.

Every time I have been successful, it has been with one tab, one browser, one device on the Wi-Fi. Didn’t realise this pattern until earlier this week, and I was successful tonight with that recipe. My GF was trying with our two phones on 4G. The only time I failed (last year) was with 5-6 devices on our home Wi-Fi and auto-refreshers.
