i cant beleive that nobody has mentioned the best live act ever, the one n only the prodigy, i watch blur wen i got home on the tv n they was really gud but not a patch on the prodigy, if u missed them u missed out. breathe with me

Wow! no idea why that's a cool thing to say but thanks. On later reflection me and Glastopal have realised that we're really not sure what happened between leaving Klaxons in The Park and Bruce. Mildly amusing story about Klaxons - I was also with another mate who is a journalist for a national music weekly who asked me several times, because he was "working" what song they were playing. I kept saying Atlantis To Interzone. I have no idea why. In their Glastonbury blog they printed that Klaxons did two versions of Atlantis To Interzone. This is complete rubbish and he should have known that from the fact I fell over my arse mid rave twice during their set. :P

We also *think* we talked to some random blokes before Bruce. For ages. This seems a safe bet anyway! Then we saw Bruce. Loved it and headed off to party the night away in Arcadia and Club Dada. On Sunday we met Sir Michael in The Greenfields and we had our photo taken with him and had a little chat about Mr Springsteen and how great he was and then I fangirled like a maniac all the way to Blur.

I've been a ton of times and it's never anything less than completely happy making. A holiday for the soul if not for the body!

I did try and come to one of the efests meets last year. Went to the Cider bus but couldn't find all of you. Still having got there it seemed a shame not to linger a while...will definitely take you up on the pint come June!

Rolf Harris was AMAZING to see. I went just out of curiosity, but he was really funny and got the crowd going. Definate highlight for me.

Hope he plays 2010. My friends laughed when i told them how much i enjoyed his performance, and they are coming to Glasto this year, wanna prove to them how good he was.

      Think Pulp are optimistic, not in terms of size but just that they've been on the road (albeit not intensively) for 3 years in a row and it feels like EotR is the deliberate end of the cycle.   Would be fairly surprised if they're active next year.

      Production was the only thing that could even explain why she would back out. Like they had sorted out the financials and she was fine with it and then a production meeting happened. It all fell apart. It was very clear that she was not going to compromise her show one bit and then that show in Brazil pretty much confirmed it. There was like one element they couldnt pull off outdoors, but it was negligible since the rest was a carbon copy of the tour she had been on. Glasto is not willing to make any bold changes on the Pyramid stage so then theyre kinda stuck in terms of what some acts want/demand. I think the easiest solution to that is putting her on Friday. You deal with the changes for one night and then re configure for the rest of the weekend. In 24 they were fortunate to have had Dua and Coldplay on Fri and Sat so they could both use the b stage. But I think it was removed for Sunday?     I saw a random rag article earlier that said Olivia Dean turned down Glasto BECAUSE her ex ( not even confirmed dating ) Harry Styles was playing the fest. hahahaha

      Keep in mind those crowds were full of teenagers. Glasto aint full of teenagers. Theres no way she could demand headline and get it because they got other acts to give the slot to who deserve it with a bigger catalog. Reading/Leeds would headline her cause its still LN.  If the fest was struggling its Other headline. But a 3rd down Pyramid is likely the landing spot. Itll go down like the Camila Cabello performance pretty much.
