My right knee.

It's been really sore all Summer, gradually getting more & more painful. To the point that I'm really hobbling now, barely able to weightbear & signed off work :(

The festival season's not over yet, this is not good :(:(

Telling an ex workmate that your current workmates are a bunch of retards/power mad arseholes on Facebook, then not noticing one of said current workmates also has the same person on Facebook. Oops.

Just left the office for a cig and a random comes up to me and the the chat goes...

Random "Give me a snout"

Me "Sorry dude, I've only got the one on me"

Random "Give me some money then"

Me "Can't all my stuff is in the office"

Random "Go inside and get it then"

Me "Eh...no"

Random "f**k you then c**t, I'm gonna be waiting here until you give me something"

Me "What's with all hostility?"

Random "f**k you, just because you're are tall doesn't mean you're hard"

Me "Very true, excuse me as I get your money then"

My wallet and pack of cigs were in the office not that I would of given him anything but I will never understand random aggression, or at the very least if you're gonna beg at least do it friendly as you are more likely to get something that way.

    • Judging by last night at Wembley, Luke Combs should be in the conversation of headliner. The UK is having a moment with country music so I don't think it would be particularly left field either.

    • It feels really busy this year, loads of big groups of youngsters too. Slightly different vibe to previous years I've been. As with Tramlines, they're very chatty during sets and there's a constant stream of them in and out of the crowd... definitely feeling my age 😂   The Quarry stage I think is a lot smaller than previous years - seems similar size to Squid/Leadmill. Some sets have been difficult to get in.   I think I've reached my limit with mid-tier indie guitar bands. There's been quite a few this weekend where I've gone over to see them then walked away after 20 mins. Surprisingly, enjoyed the Fratellis set the most in this genre. Probably getting on for 20 years since I last saw them. Wasn't expecting them to do Yes Sir, I Can Boogie, which was fab!   Hugely enjoyed the Happy Mondays yesterday, and same but different with Radio Free Alice who I saw again on Friday, following Tramlines last weekend. A big run of pop acts today - Scissor Sisters will be fantastic!
