I have, over the course of the weekend, decided that my new, current, favourite band is Hey Rosetta! and therefore I would like them on the bill. RoCemm, if you're reading this, have a word, eh? Pull some strings. And make sure Dan Mangan comes along too, whilst you're at it.

Electric Picnic and Readin Festival over the two weekends prior to EOTR. Not much cross-over appeal between them, but interesting to note that Band Of Horses are playing Reading and Modest Mouse are doing both. I'd take both if they're in and around Europe by our weekend.

BOH deserve a UK festival headline slot and as they're not getting Latitude, Green Man or Bestival, surely there's no other choice? Come on EOTR, pull it out the bag!

I saw MM at the Reading Festival in 2004. It was off the back of their "Float On" mild success, but still hardly anyone showed up. They were really good, but it was the wrong place and crowd for them. Would love to see them again, especially now I'm more familiar with their work.

Have you seen BOH live?

They're very disappointing: the albums are terrific, but they fail to bring them across on stage. A bit like eating a Pie Minister pie with the filling removed. Of the Carina's Wierd offshoots, Grand Archives are a much superior live outfit, and Jenn Ghetto might tag along too.

Simone Felice playing Green Man; would he join Felice Brothers at EoTR?

I can see a bit of an overlap between Electric Picnic and EoTR: Mumford & Sons, the National, Modest Mouse, the Waterboys, Seasick Steve, Jonsi, the Horrors, maybe Fever Ray or Beach House. (Plus Steve Earle who played last time and a couple of acts that are already playing).

Of those I'd love Modest Mouse, the National, M&S, the Waterboys.

Just noticed that we don't have ANY Scandinavian bands booked yet by the looks of things. We usually have 3-5 or more, so who's most likely to play? Some suggestions:

- Bjorn Olsson

- Dungen

- Hyacinth House

- Slaraffenland

- Taken By Trees

- The Kissaway Trail

- Serena-Maneesh

- The Rumour Said Fire

- Jens Lekman

- Isolation Years

- The Radio Dept.

- The Tallest Man On Earth again

Sambassadeur and The Mary Onettes for me, I also echo your request for for Jens and The Kissaway Trail.

Also The Forest & The Trees. Just put out their first single via The Line Of Best Fit. It's lovely stuff.

Just had a tweet by the way along the lines of "sorry guys, got lots more bands to announce. Will just have to wait until after Easter as we tie up some contracts". So looking forward to an announcement next week hopefully. Exciting stuff!

On the subject of scandanavian bands I'd really love to see Kent there - it's a bit of a long shot as they are very very successful in Sweden and, after a brief flirtation with english ten years back, now only sing in Swedish..........but if any festival could be that adventurous, it's gotta be EOTR hasn't it?

New Kissaway Trail album is fabulous mind, wouldn't say no to them as well! And I'd love to see Tallest Man on Earth again, and Sambassadeur are really good too.

Royksopp could headline of course, that'd be different and fab!
