the huge oak wooden dragon , complete with stage is to be sold off after the festival. if anyone is interested, Sam Tree Pirate can be contacted through me. if any of you lovely folk can post a photo of it here that would be appreciated.

It's a fine piece of craftsmanship. Would have a happy home here, but again lands is at a premium

i think it was only supposed to be there for a year in the first place............... and it is owned by a posse of Tree Pirates (not by the festival) who made it in the lead up to the festival in 07 . they got no wages or pay. just some expenses and 3 meals a day, so i suspect they would like to see a few quid for all that work.

Surely Glastonbury could squeeze the money from the supposed £22,000,000 it costs to run the festival to buy the thing?

i'll be there as usual in my usual spot in the Green Road Show/ Croissant Neuf field.

won't have the big table and chairs this year as i managed to sell it last summer. it was like losing a member of the family.

we've got loads of second hand plastic school chairs if you need a sit down !
