Ah - I hadn't logged in first.  Went back , did that under massive pressure of time, refreshed the page and went back to the paying page.  Then it all went through, thank goodness.  No idea how I missed out on the logging on bit before tho...?

Very nervy this year but managed it. Clicked "proceed to checkout" but wouldn't load for a few minutes. Took a deep breath and reloaded - it then loaded quickly. Tried on laptop, phone and iPad. The first two were totally useless.

 

2 adult and 1 infant.

 

Until a few years ago I don't think you had to get a ticket for infants (it is still free, but you need to get a ticket). I feel needing to get an infant ticket is a bit of a disadvantage in the ticket buying mayhem as in the time it takes to scroll down and add the infant ticket, others have already clicked through with their adult tickets.

It's bonkers isn't it. Until a few years ago I always bought a ticket after the lineup was announced!!

Phew in too. Must have had some breathing space on the servers as other people gave up and it let me checkout with 1 minute 25 seconds left on my countdown 😄

Same, I went in 2016 and 2017 before the last 2 years and would get a ticket a month or two before. It's like Glasto all over again here now. But I can see why. It's a beautiful festival.

the process was not good was it - lots of glitches. I had to keep going back a lot and each time seemed to help in moving me on a stage forward.

Managed (subject to confirmation e-mail) to get a ticket but all campervan and motorhome tickets sold out.  Can only hope for re-sales.  Any idea when they might be?

I got all the way through to verifying payment via text message through bank, to then get ‘problem processing your payment’ page. I’ve called customer services number & left message but not holding out hope.

This is some achievement but GM have managed to implement a worse ticketing system than Glasto, an utter sh*t show.

Had tickets in the basket within 2 mins and ready to buy and then nothing...

that's what I've been doing for the last 50 mins but as soon as u add them they report they are no longer available

Yep, I had 20 of those but one worked eventually.

Sorted at 10:42 after repeated refreshing on more than one stages — the difficulty and stress to get a GM ticket is almost Glasto level now. Am flying solo like my two previous times, 2022 and 2024.

 

Haven’t received a confirmation email yet, though.

Had confirmation on the webpage but not the confirmation email just says it’s for insurance and another in our group just says it’s for a car park ticket?! Is this normal?
