Maybe Vodafone data does get reviewed in the run up to see if there are any emerging flashpoints

Yeah they'll absolutely use this data for security management etc, will have been clear for Avril last year that those paths needing managing more so than normal.

 

My expectation is that when people start to RSVP to sets, it'll become clear that Charlie is going to need to be on the Pyramid somehow.

 

Maybe one compromise would be swap Charlie and Raye. Or slot her in between with someone else like Doechii upgraded to Other. We'll see. But then again, maybe I just happen to live in a bubble and one of the most talked about albums of the year "won't" attract more than 25% of the site.

Recon more people will watch Raye than Charli - that's a non starter IMO 

 

I know people are hyping Charli but I'm still in the group of I'd be surprised if it was dangerously busy bigger acts than her gave played the other stage no problems

 

It's all contracted and agreed they won't go randomly switching big acts around unless someone pulls out.

I think prior to Doechii and Scissor Sisters being announced as headliners, there was a slight concern. I don't think it will be a problem now, they have worked hard to split the crowd.

Maribou State filled the WH in 2022 so with the 1975 effect and easy access to SE corner I'd expect that to feel the busiest of the main Friday headliners.

 

Then Noah Kahan would be my guess for the second busiest Pyramid set of the weekend behid Alanis.

Alanis and Rod will be the busiest of the weekend but they're pyramid, so fine. Areas actually shut down will be any secret gigs on woodsies (haim/mumford?), ala Kasabian/Killers/George Ezra in recent years

But realistically Charli’s crowd will be fine, busy but fine. Doechii will definitely attract a big crowd as well.

They knew all this when they booked them. It's clear they want Charli at night as a headliner but didn't feel she was big enough for Pyramid. 

 

No one's saying she won't be busy. Maybe even very busy. Just not the Armageddon you're predicting.

i heard charli has the other stage because her show mostly requires darkness, so i am unsure if she requested that slot, in the same way fred again supposedly asked for the sunset slot instead of headline to get the show he wanted.

 

obvs hearsay could be rubbish, just thought it was an interesting take
