Anyway, I know of one band who have been getting predicted as a logo band who are not playing the festival in 2026.

I'd also wonder if they're willing to go back to those sets again. 

 

I'd still want to see them headline just doing what they do though.

My bet would be on Bad Omens, A Day To Remember, Yungblud or Papa Roach.

No, you're just in denial or showing too much ignorance to see the facts, they are right there. Why would a band playing arenas shows and not do a full 90 minutes again unless they actually didn't want to? Why would they not cover their own songs and do tape recordings instead of they didn't want to? They didnt even cover Eat You Alive on this tour but did mutliple tape recordings to make up time instead because they wanted to! 2023 was 2 years ago, 2 years later now is what they wanted to do, not back then. That is the facts whether you want to see it or whether your ego alloes you to see that is upto you.

bizkit arent headliners or wing draw a crowd the issue is they’ve played so much recently it isn’t special

Because a band isn’t going to get booked for a headline slot at Download Festival and be expected to only play one hour. They will have to play 90mins and will therefore make it work. This isn’t R&L that will pay millions of pounds for a headliner to play for only one hour. 
 

I’m not saying it any more after this. If Bizkit headline, they will play a proper headliner length set.

Echo @Andre91. Download wants ninety minute headliners, maybe eighty-five at a minimum, especially when they're minimizing clashes and crossovers.

I mentioned earlier that they aren’t sub sized. They aren’t Second Stage headliner sized either. I’m not going to say much more than that.

They’ve been on a few different posters, yeah. They’re at another UK fest that will likely announce before DL so once that’s dropped, I’ll be able to say ‘That was the band.’

Bad Omens - Evanescence - Bizkit would be quite a set. 

Bad Omens are close to headlining themselves. I can definitely see Download holding off on them for '26 and having them headline in '27 assuming they choose to do a full big arena tour next year and not just one massive arena and a few smaller venues like this year

Can’t see Turnstile headlining both 2000 and OB - I think they’re much more likely for 2000 next year too
