Of course Guns and Roses would do exceptionally well as a headliner. They are probably the biggest band of the rumoured lot and even if they have fell of a cliff since their prime, still attract a hell of a lot of fans.

I think any three of GNR, LP, Ghost, Limp Bizkit would sell well enough for headliners tbh There's been far worse festival headliners in recent years.

Ideally we end up with Ghost, GnR and LP

Maybe I’m just naive but I don’t think they’re a draw in 2025 / 2026

Limp Bizkit, Ghost, Linkin Park would be the best outcome imo

Ghost have just announced more U.S tour dates for February, hopefully they'll announce shows for the UK/Europe soon

I must admit I think they're still a possibility here. A part of me did wonder if they would skip the usual suspects (Rock am Ring, Graspop etc) having already played fairly prominent slots at most of them and instead pop up at maybe Download and a couple of varied genre festivals (Werchter, Open'er, Mad Cool etc) to try and increase their broader appeal

    • I was so lucky yesterday, disappointed of course not to see Massive Attack, but gorgeous sets from Blood Orange, Caroline, Panda Bear, and Father John Misty was a real highlight. The half of Geese i saw was mint too.   I wanted to see overmono but couldnt hack it anymore.   But now, its Friday, I'm In Love
