On the festival united forum they got the clue that three bands with numbers in there name will be in the coming announcement.

I'm now pretty certain that 30 seconds will be in tomorrow's band wave, and I got my hopes up that maybe Nine Inch Nails will be as well, although nowadays they would certainly be a headliner, and I don't know how well this would work

21 Pilots, Blink 182, 3 Doors Down...???

The clue is meant to be for the announcement from Rock am Ring. And most definitely 30 Seconds to Mars won‘t be part of that lineup.

21 Pilots are playing Vienna in April, makes them unlikely and I think blink are taking a break

I know that it's for RaR but the line ups share a lot of bands, I'm not saying that 3 band with numbers will be in the announcement but atleast one or two. 30stm are confirmed for a show in Spain next summer, how can you be so sure that they won't play?

They are the community‘s running gag and were excluded from last year‘s lineup before the annoucement by the organizers in a cheeky way. I doubt they would ever bring them again.

NIN are must see for me, but after a debacle on Frequency, I think you were talking about that, don't think they'll come to any Austrian festival

Okay so we get Korn, Iggy Pop and a forth day. Krone doesn't mention a headliner, but then again it's Krone  Zeitung, I can't see them extending to four days without giving us a headliner. I hope Korn isn't a headliner, let's wait and see

I’ll bet Korn will be co-headliner like in 2016, maybe with Wanda

Not unlikely, but thinking back to last year, we had a early drop from oe3 and they didn't mention AX7 although they were heads, so I still have some hope

Some nice additions, bands that rarely come to Nova Rock so it’s cool, except headliners.

And I’m afraid, thursday headliner will be Volbeat

Damn that's bad. Dream Theater is the only thing that gets me excited. The TBA has to be Linkin Park  otherwise I can't see this Line Up selling well...

Yup that's the worst I've seen Nova Rock look I think. If Volbeat is Thursday over LP, I like them but jesus. No wonder they had Slipknot back again so soon.

NIN feels right to me, a lot of rumours they're in Europe next year

Plus Falling in Reverse & Spiritbox, if this poster is correct

Maybe they dropped out? Falling In Reverse are heavily rumoured for the revived Vans Warped Tour which is happening the same weekend as Nova Rock. Could see Spiritbox doing it as well...

Maybe for the "history", they would like to do it. But it wouldn't make any sense for them to do a a show in the US instead of finally taking high spots in all the big festivals in Europe. There are 3 Vans Warped Tour announced so far and they'll have different line-ups for sure based on the various dates they have, so they could play other editions than the first one.

    • Here's a bit of a wild stab, few placings may be off, and for all I know half of these won't actually be touring next year, but screw it, it's a bit of fun   Pyramid: Sabrina Carpenter, Phoebe Bridgers, TBA (Florence + The Machine), Garbage, The Last Dinner Party, Interpol, Alex James Britpop Classical Other: Chase & Status, Teddy Swims, Clairo, The Kooks, Zara Larsson, Kingfishr, Sports Team, Orbital West Holts: Robyn, Baby Keem, De La Soul, Deltron 3030, JID, Dua Saleh, kwn, Daniela Latila Woodsies: Bonobo, Darkside, TBA (Tame Impala), Laufey, Warmduscher, Wednesday, The Lottery Winners, The Royston Club, Florence Road Park: Patti Smith, Super Furry Animals, Slayyyter, The Cardigans, Skye Newman, Kelly Lee Owens, Teen Jesus & The Jean Teasers   Pyramid: Harry Styles, The xx, Richard Ashcroft, The Pogues, Jessie J, Sigrid, Travis Other: Rosalia, Sombr, Mitski, Alex Warren, Holly Humberstone, Cat Burns, Pale Waves, Yard Act West Holts: Basement Jaxx, Elyanna, Clipse, L’Imperatrice, Nation of Language, Jim Legxacy, Yazmin Lacey, RIP Magic Woodsies: Suede, Chvrches, Bleachers, MUNA, The Cribs, Keo, Bleech 9:3, The Lilacs Park: MARINA, Magdalena Bay, Jacob Alon, TBA (Lily Allen performs West End Girl), Getdown Services, Isaac Wood, Snail Mail, Madra Salach Pyramid: Sam Fender, Hozier, David Byrne, Cher, Obongjayar, David Gray, Billy Ocean Other: Doja Cat, Deftones, Addison Rae, Ren, Viagra Boys, Maisie Peters, The Reytons, Hard Life West Holts: Kano, Thievery Corporation, Angine De Poitrine, Thee Sacred Souls, Brooke Combe, Sasha Keable, Master Peace Woodsies: The Wombats, Metronomy, Geese*, Dry Cleaning, EsDeeKid, Sienna Spiro, Cowboy Hunters, Radio Free Alice Park: Big Thief, Laura Marling, MJ Lenderman, Richard Dawson, Oklou, Maruja, Dead Dads Club, Ratboys   *There's always one band booked for Woodsies that ends up being massively under-billed and gets shut down really early. They'd be better off playing somewhere like Other sub, but I could see the G getting them to play a smaller stage while it's still possible
    • Another Kraftwerk one for me today, as just back from seeing them.
    • Completed my 2026 survey. Put down Super Furry Animals as my most wanted for next year but suspect the moment has gone for that. Popped a big shopping list in the box for who else you would like to see. 🙂
    • Blink-182 / Avril Lavigne / Good Charlotte / Neck Deep    Lamb of God / Malevolence      System Of A Down / Five Finger Death Punch / Skindred / Godsmack   Motionless In White / Poppy      Deftones / Gojira / Knocked Loose / President    Sabaton / Amon Amarth
