may as well start a new thread for this one, since 2020 is no longer happening obvs we got Jimmy Eat World confirmed coming back, Crossfaith got some Europe festival dates very close so I reckon' they're likely back too hope they can keep Fangclub and Nova Twins on the line up, shouldn't be too hard to do that I reckon'

Could the road map to Rock be Lincolnshire's very own Call of the Wild Festival that looks likely to be the first opportunity for Rock, Metal & Punk fans to gather together in the amazing outdoor arena within Lincolnshire's Showground. Nominated for Best New Festival in 2019 the future was looking promising until the pandemic struck. Never giving up, organisers have rescheduled the event no less than three times & genuinely deserve the support of the Rock community. -
Somebody on Festileaks claims the first names could be released Thursday or Friday. Hellfest also start selling tickets this week. Metallica has a counter that ends this Thursday at 10.00am... Not sure about the Metallica rumor since they haven't been announced by Download or RAR/RIP (yet).

So I'm wondering about this so called "metal" slot, I wonder if it's still happening and if it is who could it be. obviously it's been very losely used over the last few years, Motorhead, ZZ Top and Royal Blood, so it really could be anyone. Though might be worth looking to download and hellfest for inspiration as both in june. HAVE FRIDAY FREE: Def Leppard, Lynrd Skynrd, Smashing Pumpkins, Whitesnake, Slipknot (longshot) Tenacious D, NO FRIDAY BUT FREE ON A GLASTO DAY:Kiss, Slash, Tool RULED OUT: (not counting exclusive elsewhere cause that never matters) Slayer (download is final uk show) Greta Van Fleet (thankgod) Whatcha ya guys think, who is possible, who is ruled out will this even happen
