Just joined the Sticklinch Facebook group. Pretty much post after post people asking for car park tickets (and obviously not getting anywhere).

What a sh*t-fest.

I'm on that group. I shared your info from yesterday. Not a great reaction.

I just emailed the Sticklinch email address (about something else) - they have an auto-reply, which says this:

The limited volume of Sticklinch specific car parking tickets have also sold out.  Best options for travel by car are to purchase a general camping ticket and head for 'Orange' parking as you approach the festival (ideally from the West).

Doing so is most likely to route you to the public carparks closest to Sticklinch.  You will then liklely enter the festival through Pedestrian Gate D and then follow signs to Sticklinch.

Have you just put that on the FB group as well? 😃

There’s no way at all I would stay at Stick or WV without the parking.  To be clear was parking available when people booked stick originally?

Yes they were and also later Sunday afternoon you could add  them to your order incase you forgot

I got one after resale day by constantly refreshing, the number on my sticker is over 1050 so looks like there were at least that many stickers available. It just clearly isn't enough, hence why I thought they should have reserved some space in O39

This makes little sense to me.

You have no choice what car park you go to.  Either pink or orange approaching from the west.

And why enter the festival before the campsite?  The benefits of being off site is that you can rock up to your camp and set yourself up without having to queue for your wristband!

If you come by coach or train then you have to go through gate A queue and walk through site to get to Sticklinch. Part of the reason for pre-erected camping was to also help those traveling by public transport and reduce risk of tents not being taken back so there is  not an allocation of parking for every tent. The  car park for Sticklinch is smaller this year as the landowner has given part of it to the new Holt Farm site.

This is neither here nor there.

There clearly aren't enough parking spaces for the demand because they've halved the size of the car park to put a new campsite in. Which no one knew about.

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone was able to buy a sticklinch car park pass on arrival in 2024?

I'm in the same boat this year - car par passes are sold out. I know some people have paid on the door in the past, was it possible last year?

Bumping this one for anyone that might know... Noticed this morning that instead of receiving regular Car Park tickets from Seetickets, we've received 3 Sticklinch parking tickets, despite not staying there. Does anybody know if these would also allow you to park in the regular car parks (we usually go blue). Or is it worth using them to park there and join the queue near PG D? Curious if they've done this to anybody else and as a result oversubscribed, which would be quite annoying.
