I guess the fact that we can still buy tickets from other primary vendors to Ticketmaster here in the UK helps, given it's market position in the USA is much more dominant. Anything that happens in the USA is unlikely to change much of how LN operates in the UK. Reckon they might avoid the breakup because the charge is poorly worded. And I reckon they can justify what they do, "getting the best for the artist". There's no real need to own TM so they might be forced to sell that.
