Doohickey
Went to another two Coops today (6 in total now) looking for Glastonbury Clipper tea. The first didn't have anything. The second Coop had the clipper tea but not in Glastonbury packaging, so I left it. The thing I've noticed is that the first five Coops, that didn't stock any Clipper tea, were all either Heart of England or mid-counties Shops. The last shop that did was a Coop Group shop. So has anyone found the Glastonbury Clipper Tea in shop that isn't Coop group? Edited April 24 by Doohickey
Crouchinho76
Just been to Oxfam Goring-by-Sea. Two bars purchased. No winner. Around 15 bars left

When I asked a member of staff, she suggested that they might not have any new package ones until they sell their current stock?!

I visited the one on Manchester Oxford Road the other day (blue and grey signage) and they did have Clipper, but not the right packaging. They had boxes of Clipper with a competition that closed at the end of February (!!!) Going to see if I can find some later in the week. I feel like this is why the Tony's one works so well - there's clearly enough of a turnover to ensure the products aren't collecting dust in a stockroom. Around here, there's 2 different types: Co-op Group are the ones that are useful for the various competitions, and look like this: There's also "Central Co-op", which don't participate in any competitions, and look like this: I think the general rule of thumb is look for the Blue branding, combined with the "square" logo. I’m not sure about this? I have a ‘green co op’ which has had Glastonbury promotional material displayed and also on their radio!

Again speaking locally, but when I go to click on "More about this store", the non main group stores have a note on the page saying "Part of XYZ Cooperative" (example). Whereas the pages for the main Co-op Group stores don't have anything like that. Edited April 24 by incident

My mistake - I haven't read the whole of the thread, but should have known that the discussion hadn't veered away from G +lasto ticket comps, and onto the purchasing of whatever it is people shop for in supermarkets. As an aside, I once realised that I was the 'loony' in the supermarket. I was the person who 'everybody' was shuffling away from. That was quite some dawning / awakening. Round here the Coop Group stores are blue signage, the others have green signage. So it looks like its only coop group that stock the Clipper Tea. I've visited the only two here, so it might be onto friends and family to see what their local Coops have in stock.
