I think we’ll get

Paulo Nutini/Self Esteem

Blossoms/DMA’s

Heaton & Abbott/Manics

I think Jamie T will headline. Not been announced for anything yet and he's playing Finsbury Park end of June, similar to Sam Fender this year. Perfect sized festival for him to headline as well.

Not on the level of Kasabian or Sam Fender.

That’s very questionable.  When both were booked Fender was nowhere near the size he was now and also had the exact same shows (Finsbury Park and Ally Pally).  Kasabian of old yes, but they were coming back with a new lead singer.

Personally I’d say Jamie T is exactly the right size for this and the others like Truck, Kendall etc…

Jamie T at Finsbury Park is going to be BMTH at APE all over again i reckon unless the supports are ridiculous

Sold out his own tour very very quickly.  I reckon it’ll sell well enough.

People will make a weekend of it with Pulp there too

Here's a little main stage prediction based on what we've seen recently from Tramlines...

FRIDAY

The Sherlocks, Niall Horan, Bloc Party, Kaiser Chiefs

SATURDAY

Milburn, Self Esteem, Tom Grennan, Lewis Capaldi

SUNDAY

The Pigeon Detectives, The Reytons, The Courteeners, Foals

God knows what on T'Other Stage because that has been an eclectic mix recently

surely kaisers aren't headlining. more chance of courteeners doing it

I think they're fairly sized when looking at list above of the past three top six

I guess they do always have one weak headliner. But when they do someone a bit bigger than Bloc Party tends to sub - maybe bigger is the wrong word but more landfill indie.

I think they can do better than Kaisers is what i'm saying i guess - and even if they do get Kaisers they'd pick Courteeners to headline over them 100%. I doubt courteeners would play anyway they have the fairly nearby Heaton Park show to sell

Top six last three years were:

2022:

Sam Fender  Kasabian  Madness

James  The Vaccines  The Wombats

2021:

The Streets  Royal Blood  Supergrass

The Kooks  Blossoms  Dizzee Rascal

2019:

TDCC  Courteeners  CHIC

Manics  Rag'N'Bone Man  Doves

Tbf not sure The Kaisers are bigger than any of those.   Anyway like mentioned Courteeners and Tom Grennan would be above them on your prediction but barring that it’s a good one.

Wish these fests would start announcing

Surely bigger than most of the 2019 top 6? Anyway, I agree hopefully initial announcement next week!
