I don’t think the Tories will do that bad, purely because the councils are the ones from 2018 where Labour did well so there’s not a huge amount for Labour to gain.

It does definitely feel like Johnson’s got away with it.

hell get the boot if they do badly in the locals, thats a signal to mps that they'll lose their jobs.

So Keir wants to keep wasting billions on free testing and isolation.  Same old wasteful Labour.

which avoid the waste of other people  people going off sick from work due to mixing with infected people.

Back in the real world Neil most of just go to work sick...  True story

in the real world most of us don't want to be responsible for infecting (and perhaps killing) others.

Get the vaccine mate - its 2022 not 2020

The days of it being okay to be a drama lama are coming to an end.  Its back to normal now.  Tissues and pain killers at the ready,

vaccine doesnt stop infecting people, there's still lots of vulnerables who you could infect(even with the vaccine they're still vulnerable).

Lib Dem surge

a few more polls like that will have more tory mps putting in their letters to the '22. the thought of losing their seat/job, tends to motivate them.

Vulnerable people with the vaccine if they have any sense.

Not sure what your points are Neil.  Its full speed back to normal if you and Keir like it or not.

i'm just pointing out that normal includes some social responsibility from most peeps who aren't c**ts.

Going to work with a cold isn't being a c**t though Neil.

most people don't appreciate being gifted a cold   when it could have been avoided, staying home when mildly ill, might be the new normal. it saved thousands of people last winter.

yeah, this. Hopefully more people will work from home if they can to avoid spreading the lurgy. Many people can't do that though.
