It is with a heavy heart that I'm going to have to binge all my recorded Glastonbury coverage over the next few days. Virgin media are about to put up my bill from £80 to £120 a month, so they can fucking do one! I'm switching to sky so I'm going to lose all my stuff on my TiVo box.

Gonna miss The Cure headline set especially - that's got me through some dark days!

Every time you threaten to leave either SKY or Virgin they give you a massive discount. Tell them your going to SKY and then will offer all sorts.

I tried that but their fucking awful customer service caused me to lose my shit - was on the phone for over an hour & they said "we can't help you at the moment, please call back tomorrow". So I told them to shove it up their arse!
