I've decided to take the plunge and have booked into Holt Farm. This is my 30 year Glasto Anniversary and so I thought I would give WV or SL a go for ease of not queuing overnight, having a bit of space, but mainly being close to the car. Managed to get a scout tent in Sticklinch but stupidly assumed they would just be able to swap my GA car park ticket Id just bought for a SL one but instead they just cancelled it and then they were Sold Out. Ive refreshed the See Tickets page about 300 times a day to no avail and anxiety has started to kick in about the possibility of having to park a mile away in Pink Parking and having to lug all my stuff even further than I usually do and paying over £400 for the privilege! Of course - SL Car Park tickets are now bound to go back on sale again after the 3rd May cancellation deadline has passed but See dont seem to want to confirm that to me and I don't want to risk being turned away if I tried to pay on the day Hoping Ive made the right decision 🤞

It's complicated because it'd be near impossible to account for all of the different variations - the BBC having their own area with its own access restrictions for example, or certain the on-site accommodation that may come with some perks, or the various off-site stuff independent of GFL. But yes, in terms of GFL-issued Hospitality wristbands there's fundamentally one type, with one level of access with most of the benefits hosted in Interstage and the Hospitality campsite with no further segmenting (plus the car park, if you want to count that as a benefit). No H wristband that I've ever heard of gets you into "true" backstage (let alone "onstage"). Of course partners of the Festival will often issue their own accreditation, in addition to the festival wristbands, to get into their own compounds (which can vary wildly between being a pseudo-hospitality setup in some cases, or just a sterile work environment). So that can be sold as "extras" - but to me that doesn't sound like what they're pitching here. The most common tactic for companies selling this stuff is to bundle it with their own stuff hosted off-site - so "champagne bar" etc might refer to that, and at least a couple of the off-site places have stages (last year we even had a band post a "We're playing Glastonbury" graphic which provoked some ridicule) - but again if that's the case here then they should make it clear. * technically there's two types if you count the H fabric wristband and the H paper upgrade wristband combined with another type (usually public) as separate types - but ultimately they each amount to the same level of access.

I'd like to say you are wrong but if you are right, we're overdue a muddy one - bring it.

Hopefully still some last minute eFests winners to be announced. I love seeing the winners - especially when you can tell that people are so excited to go 😄

We have a quiet ticket, but due to work commitments for a couple of our party, we may not be able to arrive until later on Wednesday, or even very worst case scenario, very early on Thursday morning. What is the deal in this situation? Do the quiet fields actually fill up, and you end up in the next normal CV east field?
