I assume that Time Lords have to make their own time machines from scratch. I mean, being Time Lords, they are not exactly going to have these time machines passed down to them from their elders. Well, not in the conventional sense anyway, if indeed, it does happen.

I've been 5 times with this year being 6th (I only stated times I've actually been on poll)

quite looking forward to this year as already loads I want to see so can't for full lineup so can start planning

Why end at 19+ ? - don't have access to PC just now so can't look back to work it out - have not missed any since 1979. ( so all the 3 day events ) - and yes I used to buy my own tickets

Good job you built in the Caveat 'I do believe' Mr. Tease. Otherwise Dr Who could have 'materialised' and sued you for Defamation of Character. He'd probably win as well. I think this because when it came to court, he could just go back in time, and return the toolbox. Then in court he'd say that you defamed his character, because there is no missing toolbox.
