Thats why I don't copy and paste from word / excel / google docs.  They are notorious for adding spurious characters that you don't notice.  Always move it to note pad or something like to strip out the formatting etc.

My Dad gave us his number and it was missing a digit. Sorted it though and got his ticket still.

One of our groups missed out as one postcode was wrong.  2JL instead off 2HL :-(  Que 4 folks not getting tickets as by the time was sorted they sold out.
