Thursday arrival time?

My best guestimate.....but 2-5 mins from car park to Emps 1, and 10/15+ for Emps 2, all depends on where they park you up really. They may do it differently this year too, just trying to give cnumb a better idea as I know what an extra 5+ mins can involve when you have lots of gear and beer.....I mean kids in tow.

Also - for the Thurs night last year emperors arena entrance wasn't open, so you had to go down through Emps 2 and the long way around to get to arena anyway, but if James are on main stage then I would think they would open it (last year only glow tent was open on the Thurs)

Cheers, suppose it will be what it will be, V Festival 2 years ago i was 1.75 miles away from tent so a nice 3.5 mile round trip...twice!

Any how i reckon you should pop down my yard and get my tent and put it up for me then that way we are together and you havnt got a long walk bringing my morning brew, brekkie , lunch , snacks opening my can of stella holding my cup of sawdust at pootopia and so on.!

I`d guess last year, with the stuff, we were 25-30 mins walk car to tent and that was with ramrara`s help. The Mrs is coming down on the Thursday this year as well and she`s worse than the weans. Looking forward to my emperors debut

As with most festivals, the earlier you get there the better the spot.
