No, they didn't (but I tried, I really did. He'd broken my ribs some 2 1/2 months before, so he was on borrowed time).
I'm seeing Kings of Leon and the Killers either side of the Maccabees Ally Pally date (which used to be my ice hockey stomping ground, way back when). Not only would another trip into London be a bit of an ars!, but the day of the concert I'm also meant to be finishing and serving a 2-tier end of school celebration cake for the second biggest Glastonbury fan in our house, and I might not be forgiven for failing in my duty.

Yes. In the middle of a few heavy weeks of music - starting with Adele, then those 2, then Razorlight, then, I'm ashamed to say, Reading - not camping, god forbid, as its so local - to see Kasabian and Muse. Except it isn't really in the middle, because we need Glastonbury to start it off properly!

I'm a Killers fan but i'm not a Hyde Park fan... If you're near the back and the wind blows the sound disappears and they have to keep the volume down due to the neighbours who keep moaning about noise pollution... How can you moan about getting a free concert you muppets!!! I'd happily swap houses with anyone living on Park Lane and you can play as loud as you like....

Well fingers crossed it happens to reward everyone's dedication. Does not seem fair that people on other threads are discussing the line up where as people here are discussing 100000001 or whatever changing at 3AM.

Surely it will happen next week as they must have a few hundred tickets ready to resell due to people not paying in time? Happens every year so why not this year?

Not a particular HP fan (worst Chemical Bros set I saw was there, because timings meant it was mainly a daylight show, and the sound was crap). However, we get platform access (current husband [to use your language ;)] is half blind, and I've got dubious feet) so we're close enough that the sound is as good as it will ever be there. 
I'm not a Reading fan either, but can just about tolerate the drunken teenagers for the last couple of acts each night, in return for what this year is some decent stuff.
