Yeah maybe it's a very, very close circle. I'm not techie in anyway shape or form (other than the basics and what the internet tells me) but from being online during all the activity yesterday, I don't think that was done by a computer so it'd be interesting to see how many people on the inside actually know when its gonna come and how they're sworn to secrecy.

SOMEONE OUT THERE KNOWS!!

Do you really think they're sworn to secrecy, or just that it's not a particularly moteworthy sale and therefore not worth making it into a big deal within Seetickets? I'm genuinely curious how it works behind the scenes there - like if they're aware of the chaos if causes or if it's just "meh" and a half-hour job for them to do and then move onto the next thing..

My 6 month old puppy has just passed wind noisily whilst asleep on my lap - it is so dense and is pure evil - dunno what he has eaten.....

It's a sign, I'm still hoping for 2pm resale.

it really made me giggle, it's the ticket stress....

Hi all, Very late to this, but very keen to get a ticket in the resale, registered first thing this morning, any idea how long that will take? I'm one of the few hoping the resale isnt for a few days ;P. Very useful forum, pleased I've found it.

Welcome. My registration confirmation came through fairly quick but that was a few years ago.

    • Sadly, the ticket map below screams rear 5 blocks not on sale or never have been on sale. Especially when you look at the blue blocks with rows of unsold tickets.   And I say all of this as a big fan of Muse.
    • Personally, I don't think there will be any changes to the queuing system in place for the 2025 sale.  GFL will be aware that true bots are a risk, but they may also see large collectives of organised folks running multiple devices, containers or profiles to get an advantage as bots themselves, and then struggle to know where to draw the line without penalising folks who are simply more on the ball than others.   They will also be acutely aware that engineering tech to close those gaps will cost, and therefore eat into the money they are able to pass to the Charities, without passing those costs on to punters in the ticket price, which they will be cautious of doing especially after a 2 year break and the inevitable media coverage that will get.   This may all be naive and overly trusting of me though.....
    • went to their album launch show last night at the george tavern. it was fantastic! absolutely roasting in there though
    • I got mine yesterday but they sent the wrong ticket link, so had to email Ticketmaster and get the right one.    As for predictions, hard to see who else could do the Pulp/Sting/Byrne slot other than the Cure, and since they did Isle of Wight they maybe have an FR deal (Sting did both). It’s also the Cure’s 50th next year so imagine they’ll be doing a bigger tour. Pet Shop Boys or Kylie maybe?   Wolf Alice would be a dream. It’ll probably all be men again though.
    • Probably a couple of months yet....last ticket sale announcement was 10th October 2024.
