Friday in Temple Island is the old skool rave takeover with Billy Daniel Bunter, Slipmatt, Altern-8, Liquid, Baby D, etc.

 

That sounds like it'll run and run, so I'll probably try and alternate between that and Tame Impala (might give Duran Duran a go too).

god i hope none of Tame Impala, FKA twigs, Young Fathers or Action Bronson clash with Flying Lotus (who being on the main stage i'm finding rather weird - hope it's a proper set, cube and all, rather than just an in between act DJ)

Tame Impala will be on straight after Duran Duran (that's how the Big Top headliners work), so I guess you can work back from there.

chances are i'm gonna miss at least one of those acts in favour of FlyLo then which is a shame as they're all some of my most looked forward to acts, and all seem to be on the one day. was hoping to see Duran Duran as well :/ bah

i'm not expecting anything spectacular at all. in fact i'm fully expecting it to be a Rudimental live set which would be awful (for me). anybody else walking out on that stage would be a big surprise

Aye, I'll be there mingling around the middle depending on how busy it is. If it happens to be something I like I'll stick around & get a few drinks. If it's a big band there'll be no chance of getting up close & if it's plop I've still got a drink I can finish off outside the Bollywood tent, usually a half decent DJ on in there by that time.

I'm going to probably try Future Islands as their live rep is amazing. But I've tried listening to them on 'record' and I really don't get it, and I find his voice very grating!
