Nice action packed day lucy. It is turning into a good one this end. It's actually quite crazed downstairs at the moment. I've been chatting to someone who wants to write his life story- which would, in my opinion, be a fantastic read. I have just given him a blank hard backed note book and told him not to talk about it but to actually start writing it down in the book. He is going to do so. This is good.

All praise to the Weather Gods and their infinite capacity to please at will.

Hopefully that will be the kick he needs to start writing.

We WWOOFed in Savoie for a month a few years back. Ate a lot of Tomme. Lovely area.

All I recall is waking up at 2pm this afternoon. I've had to have a few cocktails to stabilise myself since then. Fortunately the only remaining soul in the house apart from me and my wife is my brother. They have just decided to play Scrabble, which is beyond me right now - and at all times really.

There were loads of sparrows in the 70's, and this was in the city. Where on earth did they all f**k off to?

I just haven't got the vocabulary and the skill necessary to compete in that game, so just don't see the point of playing against someone who you know is going to thrash you. You are right, in that I'm better off sticking to cocktails.

It was rampant before the internet came along. We used to go into the bushes above a bridge over a canal and there was a constant supply of new material. The only downside was that I was a child when doing this and had no real idea what it was all about. I still don't!

That is soo random, was only pondering the white dog poo thing earlier after picking up quite the deuce that Tippy dropped earlier and wondering was it a dietry thing that made it white.

I believe that it is a dietary thing. Apparently dog food now is not as calcium and bone rich as it used to be.

I remember firing an object from a catapult, at close range, in to a non white dog poo when I was a child. The result was that the object missed the poo but my catapult cradle went into the poo, resulting in me getting dog shit all over my hands. Funny what you remember when you are writing on here.
