downloading the bbc coverage

Do you not just put into the browser bbc.co.uk.glastonbury and hit enter, copy and paste it into your browser and hit enter or better still just click this. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/b007r6vx

That links you to all the Glastonbury stuff currently available on iPlayer, but even if you download it using iPlayer Downloads DRM will kick in at some point and it will become unwatchable.

My friends and I usually have a glasto night a few months down the line and watch a bunch of the BBC's footage. Very little of that will be available in a couple of months time, hence why I'd like to download some stuff using get_iplayer while it's still up.

All I can suggest is to wait patiently over the next day or two, Mr Wells is working hard in the other thread Set Downloads and hopefully there will be more up soon. The quality is OK it was a little pixelish the St Vincent set but still very watchable with great sound quality. Otherwise maybe try some of the torrent sites, I've managed to get AVI files before from Kickass, Pirate Bay and Isohunt sites before, I remember downloading Bjorks set from 2007 that way.

Have to add my appreciation for the advice on this thread. I've downloaded around 40 of the BBC sets over the past couple of days using get_iPlayer, a good mix of those I was at, those I wish I was at and those I might have been at if I'd known anything about them beforehand.

Another great reason for frequenting these pages, cheers all :-)

This chrome plugin is the easiest way I've found to get round ISP blocks.

Just disable it as soon as the torrents are downloaded.

Nice one.

I've got a couple of proxy links at home that gets round the blocks too. I'll have a look when I get home. There was one file with pretty much everything shown on BBC. It's a few GB's but worth it.

Yeah you can access kickass torrents and pirate bay pretty easily by going through Google. Sends you via proxy if you click the right link.

I've got all the HD BBC2 footage now. Time to get some individual sets.

Most of it seems to have gone off iPlayer now. Still have incomplete presented coverage programmes. Think I have Day 2 Highlights and Day 1 Coverage only (where the *uck was the rest of Sat / Sun...?)

There's a huge file (67GB) on PB with pretty much all of 2014 BBC coverage on it.

Checked it out, and this has all the missing BBC three broadcasts I was looking for (as well as BBC four). Unfortunately these aren't in HD (even though the on screen watermark shows it was recorded from the BBC three HD channel).

Would be great to have the HAIM and Lana Del Rey sets in full HD, so might ask the uploader if there's any chance of reuploading.

Did anyone manage to d/l the Skrillex set from the "red button" on Saturday? I was at the front and a bit wasted so would like to see if it was as good as I thought it was!
