Pretty much every member of Hot Chip are playing at Glastonbury somewhere. Joe Goddard with the 2 Bears, Felix Martin and Al Doyle with New Build and then Alexis Taylor too. What would be the chances of them doing a set together somewhere?

there's something I know of that was lined-up for one of HC (not at Glasto), away from normal HC (and related stuff) activities. Whether or not that thing is still going to happen I don't know (and until I know either way, i'm not really at liberty to say).

But it suggests to me that nothing HC is likely to happen at Glasto, because they're focused on stuff away from HC.

Tracks from it are definitely done - Joe Goddard played a few a couple weeks back on Four Tet's NTS show.

whatever that says, there were (and perhaps still are) plans-afoot for one of them to be performing a new live project in the very near future.

Until that's out the way, doing anything live with HC would interfere with that, I'm almost certain.

(but, perhaps it is already out of the way. The press release was recalled for some reason, and i've no idea if it's something that is going to re-appear or not).
