Anyone missing their car park ticket ?

My tickets arrived last week but just been told by the wife that the car park ticket wasn't with them.

I honestly can't remember if the car park ticket usually comes with the other tickets or if I should chase see tickets up on its whereabouts

My car park ticket arrived in the same envolope as my ticket when it arrived a couple of days ago.

We've bought them on the gate before (last time 2008 I think)

What does it say on the ticket "stub"? Should be a ticket sized bit of paper with information of ticket types.

Mine says 4 adult weekend tix &1 Campervan. If says car park ticket then it should have been in same envelope.

Unless you ordered it separately, it should have come with your main tickets. If was a separate order, will arrive separate.

Unless separate order would phone SEE.

I paid all in 1 go but got 2 different references, 1 for tickets and 1 for car park (x2 tickets). All arrived in same envelope.

Best speak to See, prob forgot to put in envo if you paid for everything in one go.

i had this last year.

i used the query box on the order tracker at see and they replied via email within a few hours.

they sent one out in the post afew days later.

Did you buy it at the same time as you paid your balance, if so ring or Tweet See. If you added it after and paid separate postage it will be under a different order so check the tracker.

Our tickets came without car park tickets (2). We informed Seetickets and they apologised and said they would post them, but then only one arrived so we told them again and now they're sending out the other. Basically, you just need to let them know.

I ordered two parking tickets, only received one with the admission tickets - I sent em an email and the errant one is in the post to me now. To be fair to See they've corrected their error pretty quickly. Email em and let em know.
