When do the Camper Van fields open?

Remember there were a couple of posts (from Wooderson or Nal??) from folk parked up in the camper van fields Tuesday afternoon. Does it say anywhere what time they open?

Last year we couldnt get there til late afternoon Wednesday and it felt like we were parked up in another county. Old lazy bastard that I am.

I can't remember if it's midday or 2pm.

We usually get to site for 5.30ish and get a good spot for the vans.

Midday Tuesday I think? Pretty early anyway, I've been there and parked up in the afternoon on a Tuesday before.

does anyone know if there are still spaces in the campervan fields, I've just been offered use of a campervan, or am I too late?

We normally get there about 2-3pm on the Tuesday - easy relaxed time to set up, then put the BBQ on and open a can. then meander to the top of the hill and sit and admire the view and wonder what secrets the site is storing that will be discovered over the next 5 days - I love that moment :-)

When can we gain vehicular access to the camper/caravan fields?

From 1200 hours Tuesday 24th June until 1400 hours Sunday 29th June, and then from 1800 hours

Monday 1st July.

It's definitely 12, but they opened the gates early last year so I'm told.

If you're one of the early arrivals at the East then the walk to Gate C is 5 minutes.
