errr i can honestly say not camping and only buying food and drink in the arena for 2 over 3 days cost well in excess of 400 quid last year 2 meals twice a day for 3 days nearly 90 sheets !!!!

i hate camping but it does save you money on food and booze!!!!!!

Last year I ate in the arena for my evening meal. Was £5 for an exotic game burger, couldn't complain. Otherwise just pack plenty of crisps, biscuits, pepperonis as well as a few breakfast tins to feed yourself in the morning. Don't forget some Irn Bru for the hangover either hah

I like to get the stove on once the weans are up ( toooo early ) and get the fry up on. Lots of bacon, eggs, slice to cook and then it can roll into lunch - maybe some soup. If it`s sunny then maybe a bbq in the afternoon. Sometimes it`s difficult to fit in some music !

Bump. Worrying news :

Gandhi`s flip flop were not in their usual spot at T in the Park.........

I reckon they are based down the Lakes. Any locals have any news on them ? Are they still in Operation ? If not, are we all round to Lochlands for a ruby ?

spam (in a tin) - you'll either love it or hate it, but it doesn't need to be kept cool and fries up in a pan canny, couple of eggs, tin of beans and some sachets of sauce and you have a decent breakfast that will fill you up till mid afternoon (depending on your munchie levels!)

I'm really looking forward to flip flop after you guys have bigged it up so much :)

We'll be taking cereal bars, crisps and our camping stove for a bacon sandwich/wrap in a morning and a brew. Maybe some pasta at a push.

We'll fill in the gaps with food in the arena :)

Is it still the Kopperberg Glow tent ? I remember drinking bottles of their naked apple which was ok in 2012. What about the Sailor Jerry set up ? Hopefully they will be back. Apologies for taking this from food to drink !

    • Saturday notes:   MARINA - absolute highlight, a proper diva, I'm so glad I skipped the headliners for her. Also, the crowd was beautiful, no yapping, no pushing, just enjoying the music together. Primavera crowd at its best.   Ninajirachi - One would say that at the end of the last day of the festival, they must have told each other everything, right? Not really. There was still SO MUCH MORE to say. Primavera crowd at its worst. It was completely packed and someone was constantly pushing themselves through the crowd. It was quite difficult to enjoy the set, even though I love her music.   Olivia Rodrigo - The teasing, the speculations, finally the confirmation and the first reactions of people! When I was showing the "tweet" to my partner, there was a young girl standing behind us who asked me very politely if she could see it and if it is really happening here tonight and after she finally processed it, she had the cutest "Holy. sh*t." reaction. Few minutes later, when refilling the water, I almost lost it when another girl beside me started screaming "Oh my god! Oh my god! No way! Oh my god!", staring into her phone. And then also Robert Smith came. I must admit I'm not familiar with Olivia's songs (but I'm planning to change it) and can't really say I loved the set itself, but I absolutely loved the whole Olivia Rodrigo experience.
    • Few full sets on YouTube. The Cure and Skrillex are 2 that I’ve seen
    • Robyn hasn't sold out standing tickets at CO-OP live, wonder how many are left and if it'll have cheap tickets near the date.
    • Is anyone selling a medium camper van parking spot - I would love to buy it off you!   Bought our tickets a while ago and have since found out gf is pregnant and will be 7 months by festival! Luckily family have just bought a camper van we can borrow so we can still come along but… the medium parking spots have sold out 😞
