IE8 (don't ask, it's at work) and some version of Chrome, which as of last night, I couldn't see the reputationer's name, and not in IE8 right now.

as I've said the only differences for a goal member are no adverts, and one extra up and down vote.

Any other differences are either mobile/full skin dependent, system error somewhere at the user's end (tho I can't think how), or user error.

I've just found out that I am able to do that after all ... and so Gold members now have one extra positive and one extra negative point to give out in any 24 hours than standard members.

(standard members get 3 of each)

But note that I've also just found where to switch on the feature that allows a person to see who has given them those positive or negative votes (I'm guessing you'll find that info on your user profile page).
