Weezer weren;t announced for soni 2011 till the first undercard announcement in January iirc. So wouldn't rule them out due to lack of plans thus far, they've always been a hard one to predict.

What do people think of .the chances of Buckcherry, Parkway, Deftones, Fozzy, Halestorm, Anti-nowhere Leaque, Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphy's?

All of them are on the circuit so all are relatively likely; I reckon Deftones will play, unless Download get them as Second Stage headliners, which would really annoy me
