Seems like a good-ish announcement, Jamie T headlining NME sounds about right.

Yeah I thought Jamie T sold out all his venues.

Rock City went literally in seconds, quicker than London.

I remember looking at the SeeTickets page and there being three or four with tickets available still. Don't remember which ones. Just goes to show how terrible a factor this is when trying to place bands.

Jamie T will also be a relatively cheap sub so hopefully they can spend their money on a better rest of lineup .

Hopefully not up against Metallica, NME would be stuffed to the rafters with every fucking herbert in the festival. Jamie T would put on the better show, Metallica would have a crowd much higher up on the evolutionary scale.

Half of the posts on this forum are utter crap, Jamie T could definitely sub, he is huge in the UK at the minute. He headlined the NME last time, it's no real way of working it out but i think hes much more likely to be on the main stage.

In terms of the reaction i saw off that announcement, yes. However were Chase & Status bigger than Foals in 2013 if you're arguing that.
