Same goes with Graspop. I only remember one band playing both Graspop and Rock Werchter the same year and that is Belgian heavy metal band Channel Zero.

I I once asked the organizers if Offspring playing Groezrock ruled them out for RW. They answered: "no, only if it's a Belgian exclusive show".

Deftones would be a welcome addition! They've played Werchter several times before, so they're not an instant Graspop band.

There's no major festival that would book the same headliner 3 years in a row. KoL already caused enough controversy.

Not that I think there will be any but just wondering if All American Rejects have any chance of playing considering they just got announced for slam dunk? The same sort of slot that All Time Low played last year maybe...

Interpol announced for opener festival the same weekend as rock werchter. Playing the Wednesday so can see them playing the Friday/Saturday! Well i am hoping this makes them even more likely than they already are!

Interpol isn't headlining Roskilde and Open'er, they're much less popular now than they were a couple of years ago. Dour often chooses such bands for headliners. BUT, they are releasing a new album in spring - this might change the perspective.

Just wondered if anyone could help me out with a few questions I have about this festival.

I've been to several UK festivals, Benicassim and Optimus Alive. Really fancy the line up at Werchter.

Think we have probably left it too late to book hotel / apartments? Can anyone recommend where to stay close by? any tips?

Can anyone tell me how the camping is here? are the loos etc disgusting? Is it safeish?

Can you easily get into the town for supplies etc?
