Balance Paid - No Confirmation Mail?

Balance paid on 2 tickets yesterday morning but now over 24 hours and although i have a payment reference i've yet to recieve a confirmation mail. Checked 'junk' and not in there....can anyone tell me what the transaction completion screen says if you dont get confirmation mail, contact etc?

system says already paid if i try to pay again so pretty sure its all good but just want to check - the usual paranoia etc.

If it says you've already paid then you should be safe. Glasto does love trolling people like this every year... you'll soon forget about it in June

If you ring See they can resend confirmation emails.

Yeah the person you bought them from will be able to tell you.

just found that if you use the seetickets tracker at https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice and use the payment reference (not your registration reference) it confirms the balance payment date and time. all checks out ok but still no email even though i've re-requested.

Mine was in my spam / junk folder. Strange as every other email regarding Glastonbury had come into my mail box

It was in my spam folder with gmail

aha go the confirmation(s) now.....my gmail spam folder only shows through the web login and not through my windows mail pop3 client.

yeh still not had mine come through i use a normal email account ie one that doesnt send stuff to spam.

Gone on Seetickets though and done track my order and it shows as all paid and requested email confirmation to be sent again.

I paid for campervan parking + 5 friends, I got my email and it just mentioned my Glastonbury refence and parking, is this what happened for other people? I ask as my friends are saying they haven't got an email, I thought that either the confirmation to me would quote their numbers too or they would get an email themselves.

my confirmation mail has the payment reference and the amount of tickets paid for, plus the registration numbers and names of the tickets paid for listed below.

a couple of my mates had theirs sitting in their spam folders - they both use hotmail, so it might be worth checking in there if you are a hotmail user.

There's an option on seetickets to resend the confirmation email if you still haven't got it.

Still not got my e-mail either but it's on the system with See, so requested a resend but that hasn't come through either lol

Hmmm had the email but the money hasn't left the bank yet...have other people's payments processed? Still nervous...

I've had a confirmation email but the tracker page doesn't say "paid" anywhere

Not had mine either despite a re send request. Still got my reference and its on See tickets tracker so don't see a problem....and money gone out as well. The only time I am happy at seeing £360 disappear !

I paid on tues, money came out weds evening.... so deffo some sort of delay. They have advised it can take up to 48hr for payment...

I have confirmation email which i found it in the spam, money has been requested but not taken? i rang bank and they said its been authorised but not collected, i'm sure by the end of the day it will have gone.

Paid for mine last night, been worrying about not having recieved the confirmation email, it was in my junk!
