Balance Paid - No Confirmation Mail?

Mine finally appeared, paid Tuesday and cleared Thursday

Finally after 2nd request to resend confirmation its arrived yeah!!!!

Not had mine either despite a re send request. Still got my reference and its on See tickets tracker so don't see a problem....and money gone out as well. The only time I am happy at seeing £360 disappear !

One of the people I bought for has had no confirmation and no "hold" on any money in his account. The only assurance I can give is that "I'm pretty sure the sale went through onscreen". Asked him to call SeeTickets but I hope I haven't fucked this up

I do have a confirmation email, but there is no hold on the money from my account yet, so don't worry about that part.

Have you got the ref number you can check with on seetracker?

Try entering the email address there? I just done it and it emailed me straight away with all orders I've made- minus the Stones at Hyde Park which has worried me slightly!

Edit: just done it with my partners email who paid for both of our tickets-got the email straight away to say we'd paid both
