How much do you know about Pop Punk? Whilst I'd agree that they aren't as relevant anymore, there is absolutely no way that either Shikari or You me at six are bigger than them. Sum 41 are known basically all over the world,

regularly touring in places like Indonesia, Japan and Australia. They're on par with the likes of Fall Out Boy, New Found Glory and Blink.

Shikari and You Me At Six are more relevant and would be of more interest to those attending R&L 2013 than Sum 41, hence they get higher slots. Doesn't matter what Sum41 do in the rest of the world. I agree they're on a par with New Found Glory, but they would play a low slot as well.

How you define 'bigger' is something that differs from person to person, but if you apply it to the current R&L audience then Sum41 aren't very big at all.

Yeah maybe you're right, the golden days have gone. I disagree that those two were ever more popular though, they're only relevant to Europe.

There is no way Sum 41 would get a higher slot than Shikari/YM@6. They would halfway down main stage at best. Back in the day they would probably command a high slot but not anymore. Also, how can you compare them in size to Blink, FOB? that's rediculous.

    • Had a lovely day in Prague now off to the festival. Very excited hope we all have fun regardless of weather!!
    • Iran are winning. If US aren't going to do the full invasion thing, then they may as well admit defeat and do what is needed to get the strait opened. Iran obviously have decided they can take any pain and stick it out as they have all the cards with this Hormuz thing. But obviously Trump can't admit defeat, and Israel just want this to keep going...and maybe it will carry on like this till after elections in both US and Israel towards the end of this year. God knows how the global economy will be by then.
    • All kicking off in N Ireland, all aided and abetted on videos that get circulated on social media and Elon Musk and Tommy Robinson telling people to take to the streets. Social media needs regulating same as publishers, if they have algorithms that push whatever to people then they are effectively publishers anyway. The problem is just going to get worse and worse.
