Registration Expired!

WTF. Just checked and the websote can't locate my registration from both my email address and last years reg number. HELP!!!!

When did you last check it?

Some registrations will expire if they are over a couple years old and you haven't either checked the box to allow it to be used going forward or it's one from 3-4 years ago that expired naturally.

Try the edit your registration option, it needs your registration number and post code, but not your email address

Oh dear.

Unfortunately having been going a long time isn't really a valid reason for being indignant because the changes have been very well publicised and reminder emails have gone out. Everyone is in the same boat, it couldn't be fairer.

I do feel for you though, hope you get it sorted.

Similar boat to Donshakey on this one - reading all the blurb now, I think I must have registered pre-2007 and had no idea my registration was going to expire. The reminder email stated "If you have registered to buy tickets to the Festival before, you may well still be registered (you now only need to do it once)." - yes it also advised to check it, but when your registration has worked for 5+ years, would that statement really lead you to believe it wouldn't work this year?

I wouldn't go so far as to call it unfair, but would it have been so hard to put on the email that registrations expire periodically? Or even email the people whose registrations HAD expired?

I think there may yet be a few more people caught out on the day - good luck everyone.

In the same boat - cant blame anyone but myself as the info is all there, just didnt realise that registrations expired. You dont have to reregister for forums, facebook etc so not sure why glasto is different. At least i realised now and not after spending 3 hours on the website tomorrow, i suspect others have that anguish to come.
