Yep. For me this is sounding how The Resistance should have sounded. It just seemed a really half-baked version of what it should have been, to me. And I'd add MK Ultra to those songs.

Oh I know it is (well, judging by videos). Grr. Ah well, I don't know why I'd expect Muse to play their good songs live, it's not something they seem keen on.

Such a bland song. Survival is a bit better live, but not amazing, and Unsustainable just seems like filler. Bad bad Muse. I'm glad I didn't bother getting tickets for their London gig, although it will be weird not seeing them on tour for the first time in 9 years.

I've seen Bliss twice, Motp twice, MK Ultra, Butterflies and Hurricanes and Citizen Erased 3 times. All in the space of 3 gigs, I guess I'm lucky

Gotta love the Muse nerds I went to wembley 2010 gig where Biffy & White Lies supported it was a really good gig. Although not quite as good as a post 2007 Muse once were.

Seen Muse twice, (seeing them again in October!) Wembley first night '10 and OoS @ Reading last year! Take a Bow and Exogenesis have to be some of the most spectacular performances I've ever seen live- can't wait to see what they pull out of the bag at the O2!

I've got high hopes for the album, so far it's much better than The Resistance

I've listened to Madness a few times over the last few days and it has grown on me; the U2 style guitar part around the middle of the song to the end especially.

This might be wrong, but I feel that people would love it so much more if they moved the second build-up verse to the end, so that the end became the middle and it caught people's attention. If that makes sense The problem is after two minutes people (including me initially) think 'What the hell is this?' and stop the song or lose interest.
