I'm pretty sure we'll get a surprise headliner that noone's really expecting. I've gone with Neil Young as a random guess, but I'll be amazed if one of the headliners doesn't at least partially surprise us.

Arcade Fire

Might be on to something with Depeche Mode, but the other 3? This is Bestival we're talking about, not Reading.

I'd go for the most likely prediction be that RDB has a year off next year and comes back stronger in 2014. Not based on anything, but more likely than fliipin' Soundgarden playing.

Or, if it's on next year:

Arcade Fire

Daft Punk

Dolly

Yeah, that's incorrect. Can't really determine what's suited to Bestival because Bestival headliners have varied so much in the past, got some Hippy hop, poppy pop, dance, alternative, psychedelic, etc, much like any festival really.

But I think something like Soundgarden would be pushing it a bit too far.

Dolly parton

Prince

Radiohead

This is a fact. Sure they have never been mentioned before.

The word amongst promoters this time last year was that Prince was only taking bookings for dates 8 weeks in advance and no longer - which is why so many of his shows were being announced so late.

Has he suddenly changed things and become easy to book? I very much doubt it.
