Cant see aerosmith fitting in with the usual reading crowd, wait everyone said that about the cure.

Not a fan but would be better than the usual predictable headliners.

Always found it strange having his daughter in there videos being a bit sexual.

Why you including aerosmith with feetwood mac and the boss? Aerosmith are rocky enough to play download so im sure they could play reading. They wont of course but bit of a strange comparison the springsteen and fleetwood mac.

Dunno how much it's been discussed but i think they absolutely NEED to get Noel Gallagher next year

Sub headliner or maybe even headliner, he could definitely pull it off if he was a festival exclusive, saw him last week in Jersey and he was incredible

I don't understand why people keep saying Jack White & Noel Gallagher could be headliners, they only have 1 album and the next year after their tours there will be less intrest in them as this was the 1st chance to see them gone solo.

They dont just sing songs from the one album though, its not like its the darkness and have one album of material.

Cant see them headline, but if either played they would only sub headline nothing less. Jack white was awsome this summer and would be class, noel gallagher was shit so no thanks.

It's nothing to do with how 'rocky' they are.

When one of them headlines R&L then you can point out how strange it is that I've banded the three together, until then they're three older acts that people seem to want but who are completely irrelevant to R&L's audiences, unlike other old bands that have been booked that some use as a counter argument.

"If The Cure/GNR/Pixies can be booked then why can't Aerosmith/Bruce Springsteen/Fleetwood Mac?"

They may all be lumped into the same bracket as old/legends type act by lazy/stupid people but the first three are miles away from the latter three.
