For anyone put off by going alone, please reconsider. Once you get there and start seeing the name tags, you soon realise you're amongst friends. Even the people you might not always see eye-to-eye with most of the time you'll find are lovely, in-person. We should step out from behind our keyboards and phones more often, it's a much healthier way of communicating. You'll be glad you went, trust me.
As I said, I do it every year on the Thursday regardless of who's playing (though Frank and the Lottery Winners were a bonus). I'm not sure I've ever made it up there on any other day of the festival.
